Welcome to Good Fellas Holdings LLC d/b/a Aged Corps 24/7 (“Aged Corps 24/7,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from or using our website, services, or products—including aged corporate entities, credit builder programs, tradelines, digital files, and consulting—you agree to the following Terms of Service, including our Mobile (SMS) Terms below.

Please read this agreement carefully.


1. ELIGIBILITY & GENERAL USE

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter binding agreements.
  • You may not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to present clear, accurate, and updated information. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, adjust program descriptions, or modify content without prior notice.


3. BILLING & PAYMENTS

By completing checkout, you authorize Aged Corps 24/7 to charge your selected payment method for:

  • Setup fees
  • Monthly program fees
  • Optional service fees
  • Success fees (if applicable)

All payments must be made using a valid, authorized payment method.

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in collections activity or legal enforcement.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS & SERVICES

The following items are non-refundable due to their nature:

  • Aged corporations / shelf corporations
  • Tradelines
  • Digital files
  • Credit builder products
  • Business onboarding services
  • Corporate transfer documentation

All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing.


5. “AGE-READY” & “CREDIT-READY” DEFINITIONS

Our corporate entities include:

  • Verified corporate age
  • Good standing status
  • EIN
  • DUNS (when applicable)
  • Basic credibility components

They do NOT include tax returns, bank statements, history, guaranteed approvals, or guaranteed funding.


6. FUNDING DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee any funding outcomes, including:

  • Credit limits
  • Underwriting decisions
  • Lender approvals
  • Funding amounts

Results depend on factors outside our control including personal credit, documentation, lender criteria, and market conditions. No representative may guarantee results.


7. NO CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES

We do not offer personal credit repair services. If your credit is not in good standing, a credit partner may be required.


8. SUCCESS FEES (IF APPLICABLE)

  • 10% success fee applies to approved credit facilities
  • Fees are due within 3 business days of approval
  • Approvals must be reported or automatic invoicing may occur
  • Late payments may be sent to collections

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Aged Corps 24/7 is not responsible for funding results, credit denials, lost opportunities, business outcomes, third-party decisions, delays, or outages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for your service.


10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes must be resolved in Montana courts.


11. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE (SMS PROGRAM TERMS)

11.1 SMS Program Description

By opting into SMS messaging, you consent to receive:

  • Order updates
  • Account alerts
  • Onboarding messages
  • Program reminders
  • Cart recovery messages
  • Promotional/marketing messages (if opted in)
  • Support notifications

11.2 Opt-In Requirements

You consent to SMS when you:

  • Check an SMS opt-in box at checkout
  • Submit a form with SMS consent
  • Reply to an opt-in keyword (YES, START, etc.)
  • Use any onsite SMS-enabled popup or landing page

11.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • QUIT
  • CANCEL
  • END

You will receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

11.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11.5 Data Use & Privacy

We collect:

  • Your phone number
  • SMS consent data
  • Message engagement metrics
  • Cart/browsing data for SMS reminders

Your SMS opt-in data and phone number will NEVER be sold or shared with third parties.

Required Disclosure:
“The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

11.6 Cart Tracking & Cookies

Our website uses cookies to detect when a cart has been abandoned:

“Aged Corps 24/7 uses cookies to keep track of items in your cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.”

11.7 Support

For SMS help, reply HELP or email support@agedcorps247.com.


12. MINORS

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.


13. DATA TRANSFERS

Your data may be stored or processed on U.S.-based servers. By using our site, you consent to U.S. data storage.


14. POLICY UPDATES

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
